Reporting Animal Cruelty

Animal cruelty happens.  It is sad and frustrating. It is even worse when you don’t know what you can do. If you see or hear something that seems like animal cruelty, please take the time to report it.

If the animal is in immediate danger, please call your local law enforcement of Vermont state police. For all other cases, you can use the cruelty reporting system here: http://reportanimalcruelty.com/public/

We thank you, and the animals you help thank you.

500 pets/ month are fed thanks to contributions

Thanks to the Dog and Cat stores in Essex and Stowe for their donations of pet food this past week. This has helped us serve the Morrisville food shelf with additional donations. We also supported three other food shelves this week with these donations.
Also, Guy’s Farm and Yard in Williston contributed pet food and treats this week to Lucy’s House.
We appreciate all the community support.
Lucy’s House feeds over 500 pets a month and keeps them in their homes.
